Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we appreciate if you give us a heads up in case you need to cancel your booking.

Cancellation

We'll be happy to adjust your booking or cancel it without any charge if you inform us at least three hours prior to your pick-up time. If you are unable to do so, you will be charges with a fee of AED 75.

Refund

If the client cancels with less than 24 hours notice then one day rental shall be charged and if he cancels before 24 hours then full amount will be refunded with AED 50 deduction.
